A bad diet is a recipe for disaster. Not only will you increase your chances for obesity and a whole slew of other health issues, you will most likely cause an imbalance with your hormones.
Refined foods spike your insulin. And too much of anything results in negative affects.
I don’t want to go on about stuff you already know, so today’s message is a simple reminder on how important it is to eat well and exercise.
The hardest part about exercising is:
a – making time
b – finding something YOU enjoy
It’s easy to be too busy to find time to exercise. We have so many distractions but it really is the fountain of youth. As we get older and our muscles atrophy we need to maintain the muscle to increase blood flow and circulation. And the only way to do that is with resistant training.
So make time. Otherwise you’re going to be short on it for when you DO have kids and want to see them grow up.
Finding something you enjoy is a legitimate problem for some people. But it’s important to take the time to try out different forms of exercises. Maybe you like working out alone, maybe you like team sports. Find OUT! Not only will it keep your body in better shape (and help your chances for getting pregnant) by regulating hormones, you will feel great.
That’s it for today, a quick reminder about two important things you already know. So do them!
